Publish History shows the previous publish details of your website. 

You can also view the cookie details of any publish by clicking on the date of the publish.
 

Navigation to history:

1. Navigate to Cookie Compliance from the side menu and select Websites.
2. Select the actions button of the domain, then click Publish History button.
   
   

If you want to check the history of the published cookies, then click on the URL and then you will be able to see the history of all the published cookie details as shown below.
