Configure Scan Settings
Our scanner scans all the direct pages and sub domains of your website orderly up to the maximum number of pages allowed based on your subscription. This functionality allows you to set the priority of subdomain and direct pages while scanning.
- Scan Page limit
The maximum number of pages available for the scan is limited based on your subscribed edition.
For increasing the number of maximum web pages for scan, contact your administrator to upgrade the edition. - Scanning of Sub Domain and Direct Pages along with their priority and allocation of pages within the max web pages allowed
You can set the priority of subdomain and direct pages for scanning. Just add your Direct Page or Sub Domain URL and set the priority.
For sub domains, you can also configure the page allocation by selecting the Allocation Type as Custom.
Note: The Direct Page or Sub Domain URL you put here will be scanned first and then the rest of the pages of your website based on the maximum web pages allowed.
Automatic Scan
Automatic scan lets you enable a schedule for the automatic scanning of your website in equal intervals of time.
Schedule: Schedule the scan of your website from the drop-down as "Daily, Weekly, Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, and Yearly. By default, it is set to “Monthly scan” as it is the most used scan schedule time.
Email Report To: Enter the email address of the person authorized to receive the scan report.
If you see a lock-like icon on the automatic scan, then you are not allowed to use the automatic scanning functionality based on your edition. You can contact your administrator to upgrade the edition anytime. - Auto Publish
If any difference is found from Previous Scan result, then the website will be auto published and the live cookie banner on the website will be updated with the latest changes.
- Reconsent website users
Users will be asked for their consent again on the next visit to the website.
As per data privacy regulations, Consent needs to be taken again if there is any addition, deletion of modification in the purpose for which the cookies are used.
