This SMTP e-mail settings helps you setup the custom SMTP e-mail you want to use for sending various communication mails.


Navigation to Email (SMTP):

Go to Administration from left menu -> Settings -> Email (SMTP)


  1. You can keep default "Use Mandatly default email settings" to use Mandatly provided email settings.

    By clicking on “Send Test Email” button, you will receive a test e-mail for reference.

  2. To setup your own SMTP, turn off "Use Mandatly default email settings" option.
  3. Feed your own e-mail address and other required details.



    After changes, click on the “Save all” button to save the settings or continue to configure other settings.
