Communicate with the internal users, such as system owners, to provide instructions or to ask questions.

To communicate with the internal users, follow the below steps:

1. Click on the Internal button on the right.
2. Use @ to mention any user.
3. Add the comment in the textbox and add file if required.
4. Click on the Save button.
