You will land on Details tab of Processing Activity.


Fill in the following details:


  • Legal Basis: Select the legal basis of the processing activity as per the applicable compliance.
  • Purpose: Describe the purpose of this processing activity.
  • Legal Entity: Select the legal entity under which this processing activity falls.
  • Joint Controller: Select the Joint Controller processing this activity.
  • Data Subject Categories: Select the data subject categories whose personal data is processed in this processing activity.
  • Process Owner: Select the Process owner of this processing activity.


Click on the “Save and Next” button.
