  • Legal Entity: Choose the Controller/ Processor/ Joint Controller handling this system. For adding more legal entities, visit "Organization Structure".
  • System Owner: Select the user/group responsible for the operation, and maintenance of the system like maintaining the data inventory of the system, conducting assessments on system, etc.
  • IT Owner: Select the user/group responsible for the technical operations or security of a system.
  • Process(es): Select the processes that use/involve this system.
  • Managed by: Select whether the system is managed internally by an organization or by any Third Party.



Click on the Save button to save the system information.



Additional Information is automatically assigned to IT owners via email notification and a task will be created in their Inbox as well. Additional Information involves pre-defined groups like:
