Maintain your system
A system refers to an application, product, service, file, document, database, or website that organization uses as data asset. A company should maintain a catalog of all the data that they own, where the data is stored, how it is collected, used, shared, and secured.
Navigation to System:
Go to Data Inventory from left menu -> System
For adding new system, click on the "+Add" button
A pop-up will open, fill in the required details:
- System Name: A system refers to the application, product, service, file, document, database, or website that an organization uses as a data asset.
- System Type: Select the system type from Application, Database, Website, Manual, Service, and Product.
- Description: Provide a short description of the system.
Click on the Save button to continue.
After saving the system page you can go to the next page.
