For facilitating opt out of the sale and sharing of personal data via DSR webform, it is necessary to have an appropriate DSR webform implemented on your website.

Implementing the DSR webform

You could skip this step if you already implemented the Mandatly DSAR webform on your website.

Follow the bellow steps to implement the DSR webform on your website:

1. Login to your Mandatly account -> DSAR Management. 
2. Customize the DSAR form as per your specific requirements.
3. Copy the code in the Integration tab and publish the DSR webform.
4. Paste the copied code in your website.
