Security Settings
Navigation to Security Settings:
Go to Administration from left menu -> Settings -> Security Settings
Set your password complexity and user lockout settings.
Password Complexity |
|
Use Default Settings |
Default setting determines whether passwords meets all the requirements of a strong-password. Complexity requirements are checked when passwords are changed or created. |
Set custom |
Determine the custom complexity of passwords. This includes the requirement of upper case, lower case, numeric and alphanumeric letter in the password. You can also set the required length of the password. |
User Lock Out |
|
Enable user account locking on failed attempts |
Repeated failed login attempts can also mean that an intruder is attempting to access your account. You can limit the number of failed login attempts to ensure that your system is safe. |
Maximum number of failed login attempt count before locking the account |
Set the maximum number of failed login attempts allowed to the users after which the account will be locked. |
Account locking duration (as seconds) |
This determines the time for which account will stay locked before automatically becoming unlocked. |
After changes, click on the “Save all” button to save the settings or continue to configure other settings.
