How to get Website GUID from Mandatly account?
  2. Ensure that the “Enable Google Consent Mode” toggle is on.
  3. "Execute Google Tags Before Consent" activates Advanced Consent Mode, allowing default consent tags to fire as soon as your website loads.

If you disable this option, Basic Mode will be used, meaning default consent tags won’t execute until a user interacts with a consent banner. To become compliant to Google Consent Mode while using Basic Mode, you need to Block the third-party cookies and tags by mapping them with the Mandatly Custom events using Google Tag Manager. Click here for more information on blocking tags and third-party cookies before consent. In Basic Mode, consent type signals are not dropped before user consent.
  4. Set the Default Consent Settings region wise or globally as per your specific requirements.
  5. Wait for update (milliseconds): Specifies a millisecond value to control how long to wait before data is sent. Used with consent tools that load asynchronously.

Pass ad click information through URLs (url_passthrough): When a visitor lands on an advertiser's website after clicking an ad, information about the ad might be appended to the landing page URLs as a query parameter. To improve conversion accuracy, Google tags usually store this information in first-party cookies on the advertiser's domain.

However, if ad_storage is denied, Google tags won't save this information locally. To improve ad click measurement quality in this case, advertisers can optionally pass ad click information through URL parameters across pages using a feature called URL passthrough. Read More

Redact ads data (ads_data_redaction): To redact your ads data when ad_storage is denied, set ads_data_redaction to true. When ads_data_redaction is true and ad_storage is denied, ad click identifiers sent in network requests by Google Ads and Floodlight tags will be redacted. Read More
